About Us - Bim Group

Your Employee Benefit Partner

Bim Group started small—with one employee in 1979. Today, we have grown organically into a recognized industry leader with a team of 30 dedicated professionals working to meet the needs of 450+ employer clients who employ over 70,000 employees. Our clients embody a range of industries including manufacturing, health care, coal, equine, construction, legal, education and retail.

The Bim Group experience is more than a service, it’s a partnership.

Our Relationship with UBA

We are a proud “Partner Firm” of United Benefit Advisors (UBA)a community of more than 140 of the most successful and trusted independent employee benefits advisory firms in North America and Europe – the fifth largest firm based on global benefits revenue 1.

UBA partner qualification requires strict adherence to the highest standards of business ethics, professionalism and integrity – values that translate into exceptional service for employers. Partners share their collective innovation and best practices, which allows for the development of sophisticated, cost-effective solutions that are unparalleled by any local, regional or national broker/consultant. Through this partnership, Bim Group offers the Best of Both Worlds – the confidence of working with a large national organization, while maintaining the personal experience of consulting with an independent advisor.
