Karen earned her Associates Degree from the University of Kentucky, and began her insurance career working for a large third party administrator. Karen has a broad spectrum of experiences including billing management, client relations, consulting for association programs and sales. In 2022, Snowden & Associates joined Bim Group and Karen serves as a Benefit Consultant on the Bim Team.
