With over 25 years of experience in the PBM space, Christine Johnston is an accomplished pharmacy benefit leader and consultant with a demonstrated history of managing costs and improving processes for plan sponsors. She is the General Manager of MacroHealth’s Pharmacy Solutions Marketplace and was previously the co-founder and president of Foundational Pharmacy Strategies, which was recently acquired by MacroHealth. Prior to that, Christine led a small pass-through PBM. Christine is dedicated to lowering the overall cost of care to ensure individuals do not face difficult trade-offs between essential needs and necessary medications.
Dustyn B. Jones – Member, Stites & Harbison PLLC
Dustyn Jones is a Member in the firm’s Health Care Service Group. She devotes her practice to healthcare regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, physician and hospital contracting, and practitioner/payor reimbursement and coding disputes. She frequently advises clients on regulatory issues related to the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, EKRA, the False Claims Act, the No Surprises Act, HIPAA, and related state laws. She also advises on Kentucky health care facility and service licensure, reimbursement, and operations issues, with an emphasis on behavioral health services organizations and substance use disorder practices. She assists healthcare practices, individual providers, and hospitals with corporate transactions. Dustyn also has experience representing individual providers and practices on insurance and governmental payor reimbursement, overpayment, utilization, and coding disputes.
Michael MacDonald – Regional Sales Executive, HealthEquity
Michael MacDonald is a sales and financial services professional with a strong background in retirement solutions, asset management, and client advisory services. He currently serves as a Regional Sales Executive at HealthEquity, where he supports clients across Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and South Carolina. Prior to this role, Michael worked in small market retirement sales at Nationwide Financial and spent over five years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, progressing from Shareholder Services Analyst to Internal Client Advisor, where he built expertise in mutual funds, advisor support, and client relationship management. He began his career in banking and insurance with roles at Heartland Bank and Farmers Insurance. Known for his strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach, Michael brings a well-rounded perspective to helping organizations and advisors navigate financial and retirement solutions.
