Employee Spotlight: Hannah Allen

Hannah is Bim Group’s newest employee, and we are very happy to have her! She has quickly jumped into her role as Account Coordinator where she focuses on helping our clients with a wide range of benefit needs. Read the short interview below to learn more about Hannah!

Q: Could you briefly detail your work/education background?

A: I graduated from UK in 2011 with a degree in Media Arts and Studies. After a short stint working in production at local TV station, I went on to work as a Project Manager and Partner Service Rep. at an advertising firm for five years. Most recently I was an Account Coordinator at an advertising firm.


Q: What drew you to the employee benefits world?

A: Bim Group! It seemed like a great place to grow and work!


Q: What do you like most about working at Bim Group?

A: The people. Everyone has been super nice and are always willing to help as I have been learning my new role!


Q: What do you want to accomplish this year?

A: I just want to continue to improve at my job and learn as much as I can!


Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?

A: Most of my nights and weekends are spent photographing for and running my business, The Olive Branch & Co. I love being a mom to Rue and have the sweetest, funniest husband in the world! We love our dog Tip and try to take family hikes when we can! Other than that, I watch a lot of Netflix, cook as much as I can, and love working in our yard!
