T.J. Samson Community Hospital is a 196-bed acute care facility, including 16 skilled-care beds and have been providing care to this community since 1929.  Services provide at T.J. Samson Community Hospital include a Heart Center, Special Delivery Unit, Radiology, Home Care & Hospice, Wound Care Clinic, Sleep Disorders Center, Skilled Nursing, Emergency Care Services and Inpatient Rehabilitation.

In May of 2013, the T.J. Health Pavilion opened to the public. The Health Pavilion is comprised of the Medical Office Building for the T.J. Health Partners as well as the Outpatient Services Center for T.J. Samson Community Hospital.  The pavilion offers a comprehensive array of outpatient services, including diagnostic testing, dialysis, adult and pediatric rehabilitation, a women’s center and urgent care. The staff is extremely excited that our community has a convenient and centrally located facility to provide outpatient healthcare needs.
