Over the last few years, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government has built a world class health care and wellness pathway for LFUCG employees.  The introduction of the Samuel Brown Health Center and City Pharmacy for employees has offered outstanding services at a very reasonable cost.  The wellness program including coaching, lunch and learns, and incentives through our LexThrive program have led to a healthier workforce while keeping premiums under control.  This year our Samuel Brown Center has added pediatric care and another mid-level provider to handle the increased volume and to further round out the spectrum of services that the Center offers.  Benefit Insurance Marketing has been instrumental in helping with our employee benefits and have proven to be a valuable consultant in the decision making process regarding all our employee benefits.
