Bim Group COVID-19 Update - Bim Group

Bim Group COVID-19 Update

The safety of our team members, their families, and our community are the first and foremost concerns of Bim Group’s leadership team as we all continue to manage the impact of COVID-19 in the US.  As a health care professional services provider, we also want to provide our clients and their employees with great confidence that Bim Group is fully prepared to deliver seamless service during these extraordinary times.

Effective Monday, March 16th, we are instituting a remote workforce with only a small rotating team serving from our office. Based on our preparation and technology resources, we are confident in our ability to serve the needs of our clients and their employees with no disruption in our professional services.

Our team members will be working normal business hours (8:30-5:00).  On the occasion that you reach a pre-recorded business phone message during brief times in which our switchboard is not manned during the business day, you will be prompted to access our company directory and asked to leave a message for the team member you are trying to reach.  Team members are committed to monitoring their voicemail on an hourly basis and will return your call and / or acknowledge your inquiry in a timely manner.

You may also submit inquiries through our website contact form or to info@bimgroup.us which will also be monitored throughout each business day.
