You’re Invited…Bim Group is thrilled to host an evening social event – Bluegrass Breakout – after the KYSHRM Conference on Wednesday, August 26th at Pin + Proof speakeasy at the Omni Louisville Hotel. We have a fun evening planned featuring gourmet bites, music, cocktails, and charity. Spots will fill up quickly, so be sure to register (to the right) ASAP! This exclusive gathering will bring together HR professionals from across Kentucky for an evening of networking, entertainment, and charity. As you turn left off of the lobby, look for the discreet mural symbolizing “shhh” to discover our speakeasy and travel to a bygone era when alcohol and jazz flowed freely during Prohibition. Share cocktails with friends and compete on our four professional bowling lanes as you indulge in the opulent and mysterious atmosphere that alluring havens enticed patrons with decades ago. All the while, enjoy a light bite menu reminiscent of the earlier days.

Our Feature Charity: Stable Recovery
At Stable Recovery, our mission is to provide a safe and stable living environment for men in early recovery. We are a peer-driven therapeutic community with a focus on equine-related employment opportunities.
While participating in our recovery housing program, residents will attend the School of Horsemanship at Taylor Made Farm. They will receive training and on the job experience in several different facets of the thoroughbred industry by the very best in the business at Taylor Made. We can also provide potential employment opportunities at participating horse farms in and around Lexington, Kentucky — if they possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
During the recovery program, men will live, work, and recover together. They will learn to help each other grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. They will attend 12-step meetings, additional support groups, and attend horsemanship skill groups led by a variety of top professionals in the industry. We teach life skills such as accountability, structure, discipline, and responsibility — key components that are proven to support recovery from addiction.
We not only help men in the early stages of addiction to get the help they need by creating a support system, but we teach them employable skills and provide them with the opportunities they need for a second chance. We push the men to strive for more than just recovery. We want the men to be SUCCESSFUL in recovery.
