Deanna has been in the employee benefits industry for 20+ years, serving both at a carrier and consultant level. She is a graduate of Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia and a licensed Life and Health Consultant in the State of Kentucky.

Deanna’s primary focus is on employee benefits compliance and auditing. She has extensive experience in all areas of health and welfare benefit compliance, including DOL audits, ERISA requirements, 5500 preparation, COBRA and FMLA administration, HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act. She has been published in The Kentucky CPA Journal and is a seasoned public speaker on ACA, DOL Audits and Wellness planning. In addition to being the Director of Compliance for Bim Group, she currently serves as President of the Central Kentucky Association of Health Underwriters board.
